Kavi Jain CHL Student Athlete of The Month for February 2020

The Center for Healthful Living (CHL) has recognized Kavi Jain of the men’s tennis team as the February Student Athlete of the Month. This award recognizes a student athlete's commitment to the motto of the CHL: Educate the Mind and Exercise the Body.

Jain is from Solon, Ohio and is currently pursuing a major in Business Administration. He is a two-year member of the men’s tennis team, which won the 2019 NJCAA National Championship. During his freshman year, he was named to the All-American Second Team for both singles and doubles. Jain looks to lead the Eagles to a sixth-straight national championship in May. 

Outside of tennis, Jain is quite involved on the Oxford campus. He is the Co-President for the Invest Trade Profit Organization, which manages the Oxford Capital Fund. He is the Secretary for the Oxford Emory Business Club and is the Treasurer for the Indian Culture Exchange. Some of his duties include managing events, developing budgets, and organizing meetings for clubs.
