Balance Attack Sparks Oxford Men's Basketball to Win Over Bobcats
The Eagles shot a season high 54 percent (34-63) from the field and made 11 of 26 three point shots, along with 5 players in double-figures scoring was to much for the Bobcats.
Georgia Northwestern would cut the Eagles' lead down to 10 points twice in the second half, the final time at 68-58 with just over seven minutes to play, but the Bobcats would get no closer.
Tyler Phillips went 7-of-10 from long range for 29 points to lead the Bobcats.
The Eagles return to action on Monday, January 29th when they host the LaGrange College Reserve Squad. Game time is set for 7:30pm.
