Nam Nam Nai finishes program best second at nationals

Chautauqua, NY - Sophomore Nam Nam Nai finished in second place out of more than 80 golfers at the 2026 NJCAA DIII Men's Golf National Championship, held from June 2-5. The championship was held at Chautauqua Golf Club, a par-72, 6470-yard course in western New York.

Nai's finish is the program's best at nationals. He shot an overall total of 288 (76-71-73-68). His final round total of 68 was tied for the lowest at the tournament. Nai improved greatly over last year's nationals, where he finished ninth and had an overall total of 299.

Nai was also named First Team All-American for his finish.

Sophomore Derrick Liang also competed for the Eagles. His overall total was 340. His best round was the third, where he shot an 81.
